Chocolate, cinnamon and espresso powder combined in a beautiful, moist and delicious cake. That's what Tracey chose for us this week for Tuesdays with Dorie, and to think I almost didn't make it! It was supposed to be square, but I made it as a bundt. Just for fun. :)

have you tried using real Cinnamon in your recipe.
The Cinnamon that we buy is actually Cassia which contains a toxic chemical called coumarin. Real Cinnamon has 1250 times less coumarin than Cassia.
